Ahn Jae Hyun Has Filed His Divorce Lawsuit Against Goo Hye Sun

Their divorce will be going to court.

 Ahn Jae Hyun and Goo Hye Sun’s divorce has gone to court as their divorce suit has been filed with the Suwon District Family Court.

According to an exclusive report by Sports Today, the lawsuit related to the divorce was submitted to the Suwon District Family Court last week.

 The divorce filing is based on one of the spouse's files due to imputing the blame on the other spouse. Unlike a consensual divorce, where the couple agrees to the proceedings, the divorce will be settled through a lawsuit. The divorce warrant will be sent to the other spouse within a week.

Ahn Jae Hyun and Goo Hye Sun’s relationship sunk to rock bottom, and eventually, escalated into a divorce lawsuit. They had originally planned to get a consensual divorce, but as Goo Hye Sun continued to reveal details about their relationship, Ahn Jae Hyun has decided to file the lawsuit. On the other hand, Goo Hye Sun has continued to make it known that she will not agree to a divorce.
